  • Yes—every Cheers & Co. tour is thoughtfully curated around your interests, pace, and group. You choose the vibe; we handle the details.

  • We offer complimentary pick-up and drop-off at your place of stay within 30 minutes of Traverse City. Locations beyond this range may incur an additional fee. Pick-up and drop-off time is not included in your tour duration.

    • Guests must be 18 years or older to participate in tours.

    • Guests must be 21 years or older for any alcohol-related stops.

  • Northern Michigan weather can change quickly, but tours run rain or shine. We adjust routes and stops as needed to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. In the event of severe weather, we’ll communicate options in advance.

  • Tours are conducted in a brand-new Volkswagen ID. Buzz, which comfortably seats up to 5 guests, with potential seating for 6 guests on the rear bench depending on group size and comfort.

  • Stops vary based on tour length and preferences. Shorter tours focus on highlights, while longer tours allow for more flexibility and time at each location.

  • Yes! Once a tour itinerary is planned, changes are subject to availability. Contact us as soon as possible.

  • Yes. All Cheers & Co. tours are private experiences designed exclusively for your group.

  • Comfortable clothing and shoes are recommended. We’ll share suggestions based on the season and your selected experiences.

  • Absolutely. Birthdays, anniversaries, friend getaways, family gatherings, or “just because” days—we love helping make them memorable.

  • Tipping is never required, but always appreciated if you feel your experience exceeded expectations.

  • Not at all. Wine, brewery, or distillery stops are completely optional. Many guests prefer scenic views, outdoor exploration, shopping, food, or coffee stops instead—or a mix of everything.

  • Pricing is based on tour length. All Cheers & Co. tours are private experiences and include personalized itinerary planning, local insight, flexible pacing, and complimentary pick-up and drop-off within 30 minutes of Traverse City.

    Optional wine, brewery, or distillery tastings are not included in tour pricing and are paid directly by guests at each location.

    Additional time may be added upon request, based on availability.

  • We accept all major credit cards and digital payment options listed during checkout.

  • To reserve your date, a 50% deposit is required at booking. The remaining balance will be charged 7 days before your tour so you can relax and enjoy the experience.

  • Cancellations made 5 days prior to your tour receive a full refund or credit. Cancellations within 2 days are non-refundable due to scheduling and planning commitments. If weather or unforeseen circumstances require changes, we’ll work with you. If we have to cancel you will receive a full refund.

  • To keep the ride comfortable, clean, and enjoyable for everyone, we ask that guests do not eat food inside the ID. Buzz. Don’t worry we build in plenty of stops along the way for meals, snacks, and treats at local favorites or scenic spots.

    • Water is always welcome in the vehicle.

    • We provide complimentary bottled water for all guests.
